I downloaded the app to create a password for certain collections but I had some problems with customizing the lock screen because I did not have access to a few things. I wrote a message to the customer service and Haley granted me the access right away. Then I tried changing the css but it did not work out likeIi planned it to be. Haley was very helpful. Not only did she answer really fast, she was also able to solve my problem in a few seconds. She was really nice and polite.

Haley was super helpful! The responses were so so fast, I would've spend ages figuring it out without this help. Thanks so much! Also - the features and customisation for the passcode locks are 10/10. Start to finish this took less than 30 minutes to set it all up and customise, and now it's live ready for my email campaign to go live - perfect!

It gives us full access visibility control, so we can share specific collections and product pages only with selected customers while we test everything before launching publicly. Even better, the support team is outstanding. They helped us with custom edits for the lock page free of charge and responded super quickly. It feels like they really care about making the app work perfectly for our store. I just started testing this app for my store, mainly to lock a page for B2B. After a little time getting used to the menus, I was able to set it up with the “unlock for specific customers” and "passcode" option. The app works, but I did notice a few rough edges—some of the language and grammar needed tweaking, and I wish there were more built-in style customization options. For example, adjusting icons, typefaces, or logo images directly through the interface would save time instead of relying on support. That said, customer service was excellent. Haley helped me out quickly, adding custom code on their end to match the styling with my store’s branding. She was very responsive, and the issue was resolved smoothly.

Setting up the Sami B2B Lock app was very straightforward and user-friendly. The only challenge we’ve faced is that our store runs on the new Horizon theme, which it seems the app doesn’t fully support yet. That said, the customer service has been outstanding - Haley in particular has been amazing to work with. She consistently resolves our issues, follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly, and encourages us to reach out anytime. Overall, I highly recommend this app. It’s both affordable and incredibly helpful for managing B2B access.

not work as described, even pro plan is joined, prices are still visible in goggle search and sometimes customer still able to purchase even lock is on, caused big trouble to B2B customers. CS feedback cannot guarentee 100% hidding all the prices. Totally irresponsible.
