I’ve had a great experience with STOQ as a back-in-stock notification app. The setup is extremely simple and intuitive, even for non-technical users, and it integrates smoothly with my store. A special mention goes to Paul from the support team, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. He assisted me with customizing and fine-tuning the banner placement and appearance, making sure everything matched my store’s layout and branding perfectly. Overall, STOQ is a reliable and well-designed solution for back-in-stock notifications, backed by a support team that truly cares about flexibility and customer needs. Highly recommended.

This app is truly excellent. The setup process is very easy, the interface looks great, and everything runs extremely smoothly. Most importantly, the real-time chat support resolves any issues immediately. My support agent was 'kjutheja', and they responded right away with clear and very detailed explanations. Excellent support!! This app is pretty easy to use but I needed help setting up and changing a few things. Hassan helped me and he was phenomenal- friendly too. There are so many options for preorders you can pretty much set it up any way you want and it's fairly self explanatory. Later, I had an issue with how the orders were feeding to our shipping software. Vishu helped me. It was not easy to figure out but he stuck with me until we got it fixed. It's Christmas Eve so very thankful for the quick and friendly support.
