Awesome customer service! I requested to have the notify me button moved on our product page and they did it within minutes. It looks great and is very easy to use.

This app works great for our store - we stock 000's of different products that frequently come in and out of stock and it works perfectly, the widgets even look good which is not the same for other apps. I have contacted their support team with two fairly technical queries which they have solved straight away - friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend this app!

Stoq has been great for us to keep orders coming in with the new pre-order feature when we run out of stock. The notify my for our customers has been very helpful too!

The team at Stoq are absolutely amazing. I faced a rather unexpected issue (a conflict with another Shopify app, so NOT at Stoq's fault), and despite the team not being required to help, they went above and beyond to solve this for me. They liaised with the other Shopify app, and together, they resolved the bug. Personally, I was blown away about how willing they were to help and how efficiently they solved this. 10/10 for customer service and if anyone is thinking about choosing Stoq or some other app, 100% GO FOR STOQ! You WILL NOT be disappointed. As for the app itself, it provides us with the exact features we need and is super user-friendly. Importantly, it has not slowed down our website. The new Pre-order functionality has genuinely given us an 18% uplift in revenue, which is easily the highest ROI an app has printed for us. Well done Stoq! Keep up the awesome work!

1st thing: the support team does their absolute best to help you with any issues you may be dealing with - this is the #1 reason why this review is 4/5 and not rated 2 or 3 stars... I was using this software for both back-in-stock notifications and allowing our customers to purchase pre-order items. Unfortunately, this software is limited by a couple of factors, that for me - made it unusable for what I need. 1) Your theme could affect the addon to where it does not display things correctly. The support team tried their best to help, but there were problems on top of problems. 2) The support team can do nothing if the issue with their software involves shopify. For example, anyone who wants to Pre-Order items will not be able to select in-store pickup as a shipping option. Looks like I'll have to look for an alternative software, or just forego doing anything pre-order.
Hey there! Sandesh here, I'm one of the app's founders. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry that you found it limited, and I truly appreciate you giving us a chance. 1. It looks like with your specific theme, this came down to the sort/filter/view options and how they affected the layouts. Unfortunately, themes are tricky on Shopify, but we can definitely give this another try if you'd like. We try to avoid writing any custom code (so that your storefront remains clean), but we can certainly resolve this. 2. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to change shipping options, or what becomes available to your customers when a preorder product is selected. You're right in that we are limited by what Shopify allows. We'll do our best to get better, and we'll always keep up with platform updates. In this case though, we can't do more without finding ways to work around it - which we always tend to avoid as we are, first and foremost, built for Shopify. I've also sent a message to you, in the hopes of rectifying this and perhaps giving us another chance. Great app and the customer service is great too. I had a more complicated setup as I use a custom page builder overlayed on Shopify. The team were great in helping me getting it all working despite it not being an 'Out the box" integration.

They switched the plans without proper notice, so we oversold our products. We now have to contact each customer individually and cancel their order... What a mess
Hey there! Sandesh here. I'm one of the app's founders. Before anything, I want to say sorry for the trouble and mess you had to go through. I totally understand that it's not ideal, and nothing we can do may fix it. However, if there's anything we can do, please let me know. I want to point out a couple of things if you don't mind - 1. We mentioned throughout the app that the beta is free from April 1 to June 30 and that plan limits will apply immediately after. During the beta, you were on the free plan. 2. The app sends usage emails at 80% and 100% usage about your plan limit. I can see that we sent the email notifications. We also have a 24-hour grace period before the app's preorder flows are disabled. 3. On the Free plan, we decided that it'd be better to let you continue earning sales than block them when you reach the plan limit. Unfortunately, it looks like we got the third part wrong. As such, we're rolling out an update today to block sales if the free plan's plan limit is exceeded. Once again, I'm truly sorry this happened.
