I had a problem with the Back in stock on my e-shop and Sashi helped me to make it works again and redesigned it, so it can fits perfectly with the design of our website. The contact was very nice, helpful, responsiveness and efficiency, witch is very pleasant.

This is one one of the easiest apps to use and extremely profitable and useful for my business
Excellent app and very responsive customer service. Jignesh has saved us out on more than one occasion now! I was impresseed by how fast the customer service was to respond and how quickly Jignesh was able to modify the apperance of the pop-up to get it looking exactly how we wanted it.
IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME, AND SO EASY TO USE. THE SUPPORT TEAM ARE VERY PROMPT.
The app worked exactly as planned, and when we had a positioning issue, Shashi from the Stoq team helped us out instantly, and within 5 minutes we had a fully functional button! Couldn't be happier with the service.
Shashi helped me through DKIM authentication and clarifying a few back in stock alert questions I had. He was kind, helpful, quick and super knowledgable. I really enjoy having this app and the customer service makes me an even better experience.

This app is affordable and does everything you need it to for preorders and out of stock items. If you ever have questions about any of the functions, customer service is always very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend :)
