We are new users to the app; but in the last week our experience has been terrific. It has been an ease to setup restock notifications and preorders. I reached out to customer service for a question specific to our store and they provide a great solution to our challenge. The team has been great to work with. I ordered the wrong section, and it was promptly replaced with what I needed, and it worked seamlessly.
I’ve been using this app for the past two days, and so far, it seems to be a great choice. I’m still exploring all of its features and options. Great Support From Vishu - prompt and fast
If like me you're a designer maker and stock levels sometimes get the better of you this is a really useful app. It's early days for me as a shop owner and the online support team were really helpful when I got a bit stuck setting things up.

Incredible customer service. The app is straightforward and easy to use. We're now taking pre-orders and haven't had any issues. I would definitely recommend as a solution to taking deposits on pre-orders.
Customer experience has been unreal honestly. Every time Ive asked them if something can be modified, ie placement of a button for example they've turned around and figured out a custom solution for me pretty much same day.

So far this has been far superior to the app I used to use. It is completely integrated into Shopify and is much easier to use. So far so good.
