This app is amazing. We needed a robust 'back in stock' system in place with a bit more customization that we couldn't achieve in our email marketing app. RESTOCK ROCKET is THE APP TO GET! We were up and running in 20 minutes, and had one of their devs make changes to the look/feel for us so that it matches our brand. SUPER HAPPY! You can't go wrong with these guys.

This experience is strictly for the customer service since we just implemented the app. We've reached out on two separate occasions asking for help with custom stuff. They were super helpful and fixed our issues within the hour.

The reports we get are super handy for figuring out what to stock up on at our shop. It's a great way to keep our sales on the rise and really get what our customers are into. Plus, the support team is awesome. We ran into a snag recently, and they sorted it out super fast. Cheers to Anaam for the quick fix!

I had a great experience with Sneha customer support! I encountered an issue with the app, and Sneha was able to resolve it for me in just a few minutes. Their assistance was efficient, prompt, and effective.

I am not going to lie, when I read that they have amazing customer service I thought it was a bot (still thought it couldn't hurt seeing as they have the 14 day trial!). I am totally shocked and awed at their true customer service. I spoke to a real person (Madhu) who changed something super quick for me. That's not why I am leaving this review though. When I messaged them about a beta feature program they literally had it turned on as soon as I reached out. The preorder feature was something I really wanted and to be minutes in and them adding me to it was honestly super cool. Especially since I am still in my 14 day free trial. I honestly only had the app installed for a few minutes even. Anaam was super helpful and walked me through it super easily.

Does everything I need it to without overcomplicating things. I had an issue with the formatting of the email notifications which was sorted out promptly. Great!

Loving the new Pre-Order feature, and the assistance from Anaam to set it up was very quick and swift, we had the pre-order section set up probable within 10min at the most.

I've just started using the app. The service has been great! Anaam addressed a setting "issue" I wasn't aware of without me having to lift a finger. The test run worked perfectly and the email template looks so good. I'm very happy so far.
