I have been using this app for about a month, and I'd highly recommend it for its outstanding features and customer support! 1. It offers a lot of customization options, which enables the app to seamlessly embed in your website. 2. For whatever you cannot customize by yourself, the support team does it for you within a couple of hours. 3. It is a small team working behind the app. I personally prefer to work with a small team rather than a big company, because they respond quickly (never tell you to submit a ticket and wait for up to 48 hours), the service is personal (they actually spend time to understand your requests, instead of redirecting you to some blog posts or Youtube tutorials), and the one or two persons in charge always get the job done perfectly. 4. The price is good. Very fair for the functions and support we receive.

They are a small team of 3 working full time on building Shopify apps & supporting merchants. The live chat support was fantastic. They respond quickly and had no problem resolving issues I had with customizing the button and pop up to match my theme.

Love the app so far! We are still on trial but will definitely be signing up. The app works so well with shopify which I guess is why they have the 'built for shopify' badge! But it is so easy to use. We had a diff app before and so far just using the trial version it is by far & away so much better! And the support we have got is so quick and responsive. Very happy!

Working great so far! Quite cheap compared to other apps as well, and really well built. My website is built with Gempages, but this integrated without a problem (unlike many other apps).

Fantastic app as well as support team! We love the ability to send email alerts to customers when the products they love come back in stock. It's such a basic yet crucial feature in our store. While we're new to the app, we do believe it will be well worth the price by being able to convert browsers into buyers over time. Integration was seamless and Kartik and his team have been very responsive and helpful. We're so glad to be working with them and Restock Rocket!
