So far so good. I'm using the free plan. I reached out to setup the pre order (which is in beta) and they were able to help me within minutes!

Still in the process of getting set up, but the app support team has been amazing. I had some trouble switching over from another app and Anaam patiently guided me through the whole process. Looking forward to using the new pre-order feature as well!
