So far I'm still on the free plan until the site launches. Support was fast, easy and efficient. That's not generally my experience with chat support. Weird that the "notify me" button defaults to the right side of the browser and is hard to see... but support is quick to reposition it. Even on the free plan there is a fair bit of customization to make it fit your theme colours. So far so good.

This app is just what I've needed for creating product waitlists and notifying my customers about back-in-stock items. Additionally, they have wonderful customer service, which has made my experience with this app even better. Highly recommend!

Delighted with this app and its support. Thanks to Restock Rocket, we've been able to make a killing in restocking our product. The support is quick and fantastic; they resolved the only issue we had with the translation within minutes, and it wasn't even a fault of the app itself. 10/10

I'd rate this app very highly. Wasn't sure how to position the notify button on the product page. Got on to support live chat, and my assistant Anaam helped sort it out in less than 5 mins. Great support, great app. Highly recommended!

Super app, einfach zu installieren und konfigurieren. Das App ist einfach aufgebaut und funktioniert straight forward, was von ihm erwartet wird. Sehr hilfsbereiter Support, bei Fragen oder individuellen wünschen. Kann das App nur empfehlen.

Easy to install even on a customized theme. It seems to work as described and integrated seamlessly with my store theme. The free plan is useful for those of us with smaller/niche stores (thanks!) Just make sure to go through all the settings and adjust to your liking. Note, specifically, that the app defaults to sending out four (4) reminders when a product is back in stock, which I found too aggressive. It's easy to change, though.

The Back in Stock app has been life saving. First and foremost, it provides qualitative proof of product market fit, which is crucial for small business owners like myself. Second, it helps me get a sense of what demand looks like and thereby what production quantities and costs may be. Third, it helps me cultivate relationships with consumers who TRULY value and appreciate the product. Back In Stock is a tremendously helpful and necessary app.
