This pre-order app works seamlessly and offers excellent customization options. The customer service is outstanding—helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. They're always willing to jump in and find solutions tailored to your needs. I was especially impressed when one of the app's founders personally worked on expanding one of their features due to my business need. Best preorder app I've found!

It is a great app with fantastic support. We needed multiple customizations, and support was fast and eager to help. I highly recommend this app.
I recently installed the app and had a minor issue. Their customer care team members is swiftly available to assist; I sent a message around 1:00 a.m. and did not expect such a speedy response. Shashi was fantastic and was able to help me resolve my problem in less than 10 minutes. I recommend their services because the features and prices are well worth it.

Not just a great app, but also has a great response team to help you when you need it most! Sneha at Stoq helped me learn how to use the new Preorder Button for my store! It works exactly how I want it to! You can customize a preorder email and the buttons on your website, special preorder discounts, etc. Thank you Sneha for your help! The app is super handy for anyone that is wanting to setup back in stock notifications, and has the right reporting to see both products in demand, and then ROI on the notifications. Support reached out when I exceed my threshold to let me know, and I paid for the product immediately given how well it worked. They then helped me send the remaining notifications now that I was on the paid plan, and even offered to do it for me.

Excellent customer service, instant communication, and clear answers that are helpful! P helped me and was great.
The app is great for notifying customers that a product can be preordered and when the customer can expect stock to be available. You can also set up e-mail reminders. The team at Stoq is friendly and helped me resolve a teething issue. I highly recommend you use this easy-to-use app in your Shopify Store.
