Just installed this app - very easy to use and I know it will help bring people back if anything I have is out of stock. Great App

This app does everything it needs to do, in a very simple but perfect way. I did so much more sales because of this app. Not losing customers any more when my product is out of stock but (1) recieve their email and (2) get their sales when the product is available again.

We're new to Restock Rocket, and already impressed by the app and the support. We had a small glitch getting started and support showed us what to do immediately.

This app is saving my butt from lost sales when we went OOS from a viral TikTok. Was able to install quickly and immediately gained hundreds (almost to a few thousand now) of interested customer emails/phone numbers. Really responsive team on my questions. Quick warning though for others - play with the settings once you install. The notifications to customers on restocks is nearly immediate when you have a change in inventory.... I was playing w/ inventory levels to test something and forgot about our new app .... and sent hundreds of emails out when we didn't have enough stock to actually help convert anyone who clicked through.

I've been using the Back in Stock app for a while but have also just started using the Pre-order button and had some great help customising the look and text. An immediate response on chat and ended up with it looking exactly how I had hoped for our website. Thank you for the great help!

(August 2023) A very easy to use App and highly customisable to fit your store design. Couldn't quite work out how to make a font weight change, but a quick message to Kartik through their instant chat support and it was sorted in a matter of minutes. (June 2024) A further contact with support after a theme change and I'm pleased to say that support continues to be excellent. Sneha had the button popped exactly where I needed it in a matter of minutes. This is just the sort of support and App that Shopify store owners need. Thank you. (September 2024) Just started to use the new Preorders system and Anaam help sort a small badge problem in just a few minutes. The company continued to go from strength to strength with support and also features.

Super fantastic app that works perfectly. Support is also excellent, and they made a few changes for me in no time at all. I can't wait to see what comes next with this app. Highly recommended over other apps we tried.

We just launched this app on our store, so time will tell how well it works. However, great customer service from Kartik on completing our setup. We had some minor issues with some products showing the "notify me button" even when they were not out of stock. I believe this had to do with coding within the theme. Sometimes that can happen. It was quickly fixed and other special tweaks were made at my request in minutes. We look forward to providing this option to our customers.

Great app with quick and helpful responses from app developer. This makes it easier to manage when items are out of stock and have came back in. This also gives data as to who is signing up to a product
