Excellent, the support team is just awesome!

So far so good! Got this app to just collect a waitlist of customers for a certain product. I was able to do this on their free trial but recently hopped on their subscription to offer sms notifications. Their customer service was quite unexpectedly great and they even fixed some things in the code to make the product page more visually appealing with their app! Great stuff, really only need to generate 1 sale to make it worth it and we already have 50 people on the waitlist. Tried figuring out a manual solution but it was going to cost too much and take too muc htime! Their app is Great stuff, worth the money.

We LOVE this app! So useful for all our restocking purposes, works seamlessly, offers lots of options for collecting contact information. The support team is the most helpful ever! They always address all the issues immediately and help us customize the app to our needs. 10/10, strongly recommend!

A reliable and efficient app that makes managing my stock and engaging with customers through the 'notify me when available' button feature incredibly easy. I've also been able to set up my pre-order process. Anaam has been very patient and helpful. Through emails and our Google chat session, I've learned so much about optimising the app for my needs. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the team, who have been supportive and responsive through emails, ensuring all my queries were addressed quickly. A great team and app. I highly recommend :)

I was looking for an app that would do out of stock alerts and pre order together in combination. I've only set the app up so early days in using it but it seems to be working well, Customer service ( Prarthana ) worked on a few issues I had with set up, all resolved in no time. Paid plan seems very good value also.

It is a great app, it helped our store capture customers we would have missed out on due to out-of-stock products.

Great product!! I switched from a competitor as Restock Rocket had critical features in their lower tier package like GDPR compliance which is essential to avoid getting into trouble. Other plugins make you opt for their more expensive package, which is quite reckless. Other things I like about Restock Rocket is the ability to pick and choose certain products, full customization, sending emails from our domain, Klaviyo integration, and of course amazing support! All at an affordable price tag - Thank you!
