I installed Restock Rocket upon learning the product I had been using to that point was being sunsetted. I haven't been using it long, but I can say the installation was straightforward and Kartik, who refers to himself as the one man army, was incredibly helpful at resolving an issue that had more to do with my theme than his app. The app is flexible and robust enough that I was able to make Restock Rocket's buttons and forms fit my theme seamlessly, as if it was built-in functionality. If you're a new small business looking for a truly free app that can handle limited traffic, check this out. To be clear, the 50 notifications offered on the Start Plan is 25 email and 25 SMS, not a total of 50 between the two, so, in my case, where I'm not using SMS, I have 25 free notifications. The lowest paid level is only $10 per month, not the huge jump that some app makers expect you to make to get the paid features and, if traffic justifies the need, doable for a small store like mine.

Great app! Iv tried others but they caused issues with my site. I had issues with button placement with this app but kartik sorted it very quickly. Recommend this this app!

After a harrowing experience with another notify restock app, I was looking for something that would handle my fairly rare, yet significant, restock requests. Installed Restock Rocket, customized a few colors easily. When I ran into a snag (probably user error) the developer was immediately available and very helpful; got things sorted quickly. Very happy!

I needed customer service at 22:00 at night. Nagaraj replied within 5 mins and helped me out straight away. A very fast, friendly and helpful service. I have been using this app for over a year now and it has a great team behind it

Love this app. We were sending restock alerts manually previously, and now it is automatic and I love it. The app is very easy to use and everything is easy to customize. I would like a little more freedom with (non-coding) customization of the notification email, but I really can't complain because it looks great. Best of all, for a small business, I love that this app is free for a small number of emails per month. Great solution for my business!

I tested several back in stock apps and this is the one I liked the most. At first I had a problem with editing the email template, but Kartik was really helpful and fixed it super quickly. :)

Said to start chat for an instant reply. This didn't happen. Can't read the input fields as they are white text. Difficult to setup as requires quite a lot of optimisation. Also, I changed the email address from which customers would receive the emails (attempted several times), it said I would need to verify my email address and nothing arrived (even in spam). I do not recommend!

i've tried most of the back in stock app in shopify app store. restock rocket is what i most recommended. The UI is clean and fit any website. It's functions are what u might get on all other similar apps. And it's cheap. great app, great support.
