so far this app is great. I am only using this one over the other options because they are reasonably priced. I love that they have a feature where I can see what items customers are waiting for so I can prioritize ordering items that people are waiting on. This app would be even better if it also worked when there is say 3 in stock of an item but the customer attempts to add 4 or more to their cart.

I love this app! I use the free plan and it gives me so many options, I can finally keep my costumers close even when the product they liked it's not available. A must have APP!! I left writing a review until I could see it working fully, right up to the point of re-stocking/customer contact/customer orders, and it works brilliantly. Within minutes of re-stocking I could see the auto-generated emails being sent to registered customer and on the very same day we had orders off the back of the notifications. So easy to install, and the customer service, however small your query, is how every company should react to customers; helpful, willing and quick.

Our items sell quickly but also have a limited shelf life so we can't buy popular products in huge quantities. This tool is EVERYTHING for us! It also prevents us from having to keep track of a bunch of post-it notes with customer phone numbers and emails. We love Restock Rocket!
