patchy at best

I know how frustrating it must have been to run into issues and it really pains me to see that we didn’t deliver the experience we work so hard to provide. We’re constantly improving STOQ, fixing things as they come up, and doing our best to make everything seamless. Can't review the app yet as it is very newly installed on our online shop, but the onboarding and installation was super easy, and the customer service on the support desk is top notch. Quick, informative and really helpful.

Its a good app, but the customer support (shreya <3) is incredible!! I've run into some weird issues with my site structure and she quickly helped me resolve them

Easy to set up, and when I had questions, Hassan answered all of them promptly and with easy-to-follow instructions and images to go along with them. Highly recommend!

The app is working as its supposed to. Although we're trying it out with the free plan, their support team quickly helped us solve an issue where changes in the app settings weren't been updated to the live page, great customer support from their team. We really recommend this app to anyone looking for a "Back-In-Stock" notification solution.

Wow, what an app! We’ve now installed Stoq across all seven of our stores, and within just six weeks we’ve generated over $100K in pre-orders. The app works incredibly well, and you can tell it’s been thought out very carefully with a great interface, great user experience, and extremely easy workflow. It’s by far the best pre-order app I’ve used on Shopify. Your support team has also been fantastic, quick, helpful, and genuinely committed to solving any questions we had. Truly an outstanding app. Highly recommended!

Has all the features I need for my shop. Had trouble getting the button to show up at first. But I sent a chat message and Paul promptly replied and got it all fixed for me! Even made a couple custom changes too! Thank you so much!!
