easy to use, must have app for all stores
BEST SUPPORT EVER!!! I have an old, very modified theme. Many challenges came with integration due to this. Support was right there from early to late answering questions and even troubleshooting theme code! I don't think I waited for more than 10 minutes for a response to a cold question and MUCH shorter times when a conversation was started. My issues were given to a new tech as the day went on but each new tech picked up right where the last left off. This is AMAZING!

I think the app is good! Not sure what other options are out there, but it takes all our preorders and customizes it

We needed a solid pre-order function on the site, and this app does that very well. Had a few teething issues when setting up the store and the support team were able to resolve the issue in a very short time and were incredibly supportive and helpful. Very impressed.

This app is awesome. We had issues with our previous back in stock platform, and we switched to Stoq, and couldn't be happier. Support is quick to respond and help with any issues same day. We will look to them for any apps we need in the future.

We just needed a pre-order app for a single product to test out, setup was 5-10mins, and we had help from the team within 5 mins of raising a request to help get the purchase button showing correctly in our theme. Professional and straight forward - and based on how well it works for managing pre-orders we're likely to use it for other products. Anyway - installation process and help were excellent. Bodes well.
