I downloaded the app and saw there was an issue with how it was appearing on my website. Within 2 minutes, someone from customer service jumped in to fix it directly on my website (and on a weekend nevertheless). I've never had such a quick response and the troubleshooting was flawless. STOQ is simply the top-notch product, with an easy UI for any level of business owners. Quick chat options with the support team can fix any issue. The app does what it is supposed to do: help businesses retain and recover more sales and orders that may have been lost. There are handful of apps that are deemed worthy and STOQ is the best one out there.

Great app! Has lots of tools that would for sure come in handy for drops and/or restocks. But the customer support is awesome. Quick responses to help resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Just installed and already setup in under 10 mins. My preorder button is live. Intuitive setup. I had one option I didn't click and needed to contact support. They told me what I had missed and they responded in under 5 mins and I fixed it immediately. All round it's a win. I'm sure there are features I haven't explored yet so will go check them out now. Thanks Stoq!

This app was easy to setup and did exactly what I wanted. When I had an issue with Horizon overwriting the pre order button text when changing colour variants, support did a great job of fixing it. Thank you to Sneha and Nagaraj for helping me out.

I had a fantastic onboarding experience with the Stoq team. The onboarding call was so helpful (I even had a second one as there were additional topics I wanted to cover), and I was then able to follow up with specific questions using the 24/7 chat functionality. They were incredibly fast to respond, which was fantastic. The tool is incredibly intuitive and easy to use!
