This app has been fantastic and the support from their team is incredible. They seem to be available 24/7 and helped me customize the app for the B2B Trade theme so the button appeared in the quick order section. This has been fundamental to the workflow on my site. I use this app on 8 stores that I manage and each time they have been incredible helpful and responsive, the function of BIS is really robust and drives tons of sales to my stores. I cant recommend it enough.

So far the app is working great. Had issues and contacted a service representative and they were fast with helping solve my issues.

Back in Stock feature is good. Customer support is also good. BUT the default email address used to send customer 'back in stock' emails will go to spam. The only way to prevent this is to upgrade to a paid version and use your own email address (using shopify flows).

The good news is that only a small subset of emails have been affected, and our team has already identified the root cause. We have a major update coming very soon that should fix this for good. Amazing customer service, I had a problem (user error!) So I used the chat and got through to Hassan in a couple of minutes. He helped wonderfully and made the experience so easy. Brilliant app for my new shopify store, and brilliant customer service. I'd definitely recommend
