Preorder, Back In Stock ‑ STOQ

Great app if you want to set up preorders for your shop. Customer service was awesome too. I had trouble setting mines up and they were such a good help!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I’m usually pretty good at getting everything set up myself, but I like to connect with support afterward to go over everything and answer any questions I’ve put together. Arnad and Shihab were on the chat right away and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. So far, I’m extremely happy with the app. It has completely replaced another app I was using while giving me both restock notifications and preorder functionality for about what I was paying for just the restock app alone. Great features, great value, and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

very good app that lets us split orders in two, so that we can send non pre-order products and pre-order products separately. I had trouble with some buttons, but I got help right away from their team and it was fixed so quickly. I can really recommend this app!

I just got the app, but with already setting up the parts that are not stocked and a 3-5 day wait time, let alone the items out of stock to have them set to pre-order, this is going to be SO HELPFUL. The customer support team has already been great to deal with as well. Was having a plug-in issue with our website theme and they fixed it very quickly.

Added the Preorder to some products with the button not displaying correctly and Support had it fixed within minutes even though it was a Sunday! Great Support!

Ik heb veel te maken met klantenservice bij veel bedrijven, Maar Paul van STOQ is echt geweldig! Geduld en hulp bij dingen waar ik tegenaan liep. Heb een paar apps geprobeerd met nagenoeg dezelfde functies, maar ik blijf bij STOQ. Kortom: zoek niet verder. Pak STOQ :-)

Easy to setup with a lot of customizable features and settings even on the free plan which I appreciate being a small business! It has a clean look on my website and also syncs with my mobile app, which has been great!
