I reached out via the Stoq Chat in the shopify store as I changed a setting and disabled my pre-order button. Momna was exceptional. She not only fixed MY mistake, she also helped me with an error that was occurring in my cart that was related to the theme settings and something in the CSS. She went over and above saving me so much time and worry. I cannot thank her enough!

I’ve only been using STOQ for a few days but as a business that does both pre-orders and regular orders, this was the perfect app to add to my store! The set up was smooth and easy, the check list they have built in walks you through the steps and they have a chat AI specifically for their app and when I ran into an issue, it was able to tell me what the issue was and I got it fixed within minutes. Additionally, someone from STOQ emailed me after that to ensure everything was working as I expected. Their customer service has been amazing and as someone who is not super techy and is very new to website building, I appreciate that there are real people I can reach out to for immediate help.

Très bonne application, complète et facile à utiliser. Les fonctionnalités de précommande et de retour en stock sont vraiment utiles, et les pop-ups s’intègrent bien au site. We just installed the App and went live with a small range of test products. Super easy to use and reaching out to the Support team for assistance with a few things they were super helpful and super quick in making the changes required for us. I can't recommend the App enough :-)
