Excellent customer service. I had a minor bug that would have a major impact on sales and they got straight to finding a fix for it as soon as I reached out. It’s been a great addition to my store and I genuinely can’t see myself not using it now.

Tot nu toe werkt de app prima, maar ik ben vooral erg te spreken over de service en de hulp die je krijgt. Snelle reactie en ze weten alles op te lossen. Erg fijn contact gehad bij het opzetten van de app met 2 verschillende medewerkers.

STOQ has been a great app for implementing 'back in stock' notifications and for collecting preorders for products. I needed help with a link not working in one of my notifications I sent out and Kutheja was amazing! She kept with me and made sure my issues were resolved. I really appreciated her help and support!

Easy to set up, works well. Shasi from Customer Service answered in minutes for a minor change and made everything work great. Super friendly also!
