Easy and faster Support. Very good App

Update: I've been using the app for a couple months now and it's been great. Both the pre-order and back in stock systems work well and are super customizable. Plus, Paul and Hassan were both really helpful when things weren't showing up properly. Previous review: So far, so good! I'll update once more time has passed but it was easy enough to set up the functions on my store and they were customizable to our branding. Paul on their support team was super helpful.

In the two months I've been using STOQ, they've been extremely responsive to help requests and have even added a function I was looking for initially. Now everyone can force customers to acknowledge that they're placing a special order, which cuts down on customer frustration.

Excellent app for back in stock requests & preorders! Easy integration and we were able to import all our historical data from another app which made the transition seamless. Support team is also super quick to answer any questions.

Great app that does what it should. You can use it as a Pro with developer features or as a Dummy with smooth and simple Integrations. Either way you can always count on the friendly customer service: they're quick to help, persistent in finding a solution and full of patience. It has multi language features included which is crucial in our global business world, so big app for that. All in all a great a from great people. Thanks.

Great app! We use it primarily for pre-orders and it's been exceptional. Easy to setup with outstanding customer service. Hassan has been helping us with migration to our theme and he replies within minutes and actively follows up the next day to make sure we have no further issues and that everything is working correctly.
