The app is great and does exactly what it advertises, and the back-end is easy to navigate. I had on onboarding call with Anaam from the Stoq team who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my back-in-stock functionality set up and looking good on my website. Really impressed with the customer support. I would highly recommend Stoq.

Wow. Just wow. I could not have done this without the help of Anaam Haroon. The knowledge she has goes deep and she also articulates it very well. Downloaded in a panic as another app was unresponsive during a critical time and this app has been amazing! I had an issue setting it up but Sneha at support was so diligent and efficient. It was amazing to communicate with and get my pre-order product up. Thank you, Sneha!

Excellent app. No tech is without it's issues but with Stoq they are few and rare, and dealt with quickly with no fuss. Highly recommend.

We have been using the Stoq app for our Shopify store and are extremely satisfied with its performance. The app offers a comprehensive set of features that have significantly enhanced our store's functionality. The pricing is competitive, providing excellent value for the range of services offered. One aspect to be aware of is the limit on pre-orders included in the plan. Exceeding this limit incurs a small additional fee per pre-order. While this was not initially clear to us, it has not detracted from the overall positive experience with the app. The support team is outstanding, consistently providing prompt and effective assistance. They are receptive to user feedback, often incorporating suggestions into their development roadmap. Our interactions have even included discussions with the CEO, which were both insightful and productive. Overall, Stoq is a fantastic app that delivers a great balance of functionality and affordability. We highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners.

Customer service is off the charts. Prompt and helpful. The app can be a little cumbersome at times, but the customer service more than makes up for it.

After a bumpy start I have had a good experience with Stoq! I had decent suppor with most support reps and a poor experience with one. Once I made my concerns known... they quickly address my issue, reached out and retrained the rep that was unhelpful. They care about making sure customers concerns are addressed and corrected.

As you can see from our reviews and rating, we try to do our absolute best to support merchants on STOQ - no matter where they are in the world or in their Shopify journey. Sometimes, we get it wrong and this was one of those times. I'm sincerely sorry that Vishu didn't live up to your expectations. He was trying to share his understanding of the Shopify platform in regards to the issues you were facing, but he was not able to give it the care and attention you deserved. This was likely due to him juggling a busy day with other chats & conversations alongside yours. It's not an excuse though, and we've figured out a path to work on this. Rest assured that I will personally tend to this. If there's anything I can do to right this wrong or make sure you have an amazing experience with STOQ from here on out, please let me know.
