Easy to use, works as intended, and the customer service is fantastically responsive. I'd love to have the option of importing our own customer CSV files.
Hey there, Thanks for your review! Currently you can add your customers individually from the "Signups & notifications" menu. There is a "Add Customer Signup" button located at the top right of the screen. Clicking that button will allow you to signup a customer. As for bulk signups, that has to be done by support at this time. However, we are working on giving our customers the opportunity to do their own bulk signups / import their own customers via CSV file, in the near future. This is the app that generates the most sales for our store. We can't imagine being without it. Support is outstanding. We recently added DMARC to our email and Baaqi was very quick about getting back to us and providing the SPF and DKIM entries that we needed to add to our domain so that the Back in Stock alert emails would be delivered successfully.

Sara helped me, she was great. Amazing app and fantastic support team. Really appreciative of their timely responses and thorough help. Definitely worth using and the integration is awesome, looks really good on product pages and customizable for any reason.

I was able to make contact with D'Angelo on the instant chat. We helped us with a backend error we made on the brand side and was able to assist with creating a new list and send. Terrific help and get assistance all within 30 minutes. A high level or care and knowledge.

Amazing app, and even better support! Over the years we have switched our website design a couple of times and if there was any issue re-connecting BIS, their team was there to help us quickly re-install with easy and seamless communication.

Works like a charm and already paying itself back. Our inventory goes in and out of stock a lot and over last 20 days at least 25 customers have used the app to generate us about $20k in lost revenue. So glad we added this app.!
