Quick, great assistance when I needed it. I wanted to make the floating button stationary and the team got it squared away within hours!

Great customer service when needed. I messed up my variants database, they were able to migrate my old notifications to the new variants ids...

Tried a bunch of different apps to add a widget on our OOS product pages in order to capture customer's emails and this app was the one that seemed to have the best customizable features out of all. Baaqi from customer service is by far the fastest in replying and helping out. He was always willing to help us out, even by performing custom CSS, out of his scope of work. I am beyond happy with the service provided by this app and cannot recommend it enough !

Back In Stock helps us keep our customers happy! We use the app daily to keep track of customer requests and help guide our production schedule. Back in Stock staff have been helpful in fixing occasional issues quickly.

It is a good application, sensible and usable. The response to inquiries is also prompt. It would be great if it were possible to respond in Japanese.

I don't understand the positive reviews here. There has been many cases notifications are just not being send out to the customers. Support has confirmed this multiple times saying they are working on it. I gave them one last chance last month, just to see that two weeks after we restocked again 0 notifications were send out. This is not an app that is trustworthy with my business. I need something that does what I pay for.

In the period you were experiencing this, we were doing massive upgrades to our platform that was affecting the delivery of notifications for some customers. These issues have been resolved also. Very hands off and works like a charm. After collecting a large waitlist, I was concerned that we'd have to manually send out emails. Once we restocked in Shopify, they were auto sent and looked great.
