Been using this app for a few years and we like it. It allows us to recoupe potential lost sales. We're busy and the customer's busy and it's a great reminder without having to have someone go back and let the customers know the product is back in stock.

its one of those apps that you install once and it keeps working in the back without you ever having to do anything. perfect, is does what it supposed to and without any fuzz, can really recommend!

Really solid app. It's easy to set up, easy to customize, and works extremely well. It completely eliminated the need to manually follow up with customers on back-ordered items and we like the weekly reports that tell us what people want the most.

Back In Stock has been a seemles way of notifiying customers when items are back in stock. It literally requires zero effort on our end. They are also quick to respond when questions or issues arrise.

This app didn't work for our store. Customer service was slow to respond to the issue, and responded by asking us to delete and re-install the app. We did that and it still didn't work. We again emailed customer support and never heard back. Will need to look for another solution.

We have been using Back In Stock for a couple of years now. We sell parts for motosports units, and customers were asking us all the time to let them know when we got something back in. This simple app provides the perfect way for customers to get notified without the hassle of us trying to keep track of our customer requests. A second bonus is that when you see a bunch of folks waiting on a specific item, you know you need to order some more. I highly recommend this product.

The Back in Stock app is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Outrageous return on such a small investment. Our results are off the charts. Highly recommend to everyone with a Shopify store!

Seamless. Great for both the customer and marketing. Set it and forget it and watch sales come in automatically when your product restocks.

It works very well for us. We often sell out quickly and then we get some back in return. Our customers can easily sign up on their sold out size to get notified if it will come back in stock. The app is easy to personalize and support is very good. We have used it for almost a year.

This app works fine but is priced wrong. It should be priced by number of emails vs a monthly limit. The way most stores will use it will hit the limit every month making the lowest plan worthless. When a product goes out of stock for us, it is out of stock for a month or two. We may not send an email for many months because a shipment hasn't arrived. However, once a container arrives a ton of products get back in stock, there are 500 people waiting and we always hit the email limit. So we can go 4 months paying $20 for no emails and then when we really need this app, it throttles us down and we can only send out 100 emails and need to pay more? It would be nice if we could just roll over our unused emails each month. We switched to a free back in stock app that is just as good and has no limits.

This app is exactly what I need to keep track of variation restock requests. The integration looks very professional and it always runs seamlessly. It's a mainstay for us.

Fantastic app and even better customer support! I work with multiple apps from our Shopify Stores and BackInStock is one of the most simple and painless apps we have. If you are thinking about getting this app for your store, I highly recommend it. We can clearly see the impact of this app on our daily sales whenever we restock an out of stock item.

The app is simple to use, and helped to incraese our sales. We recieve clear daily reports and teh support is wonderful - a very quick reply on every question, and a lot of assistant in defining and making custom changes to our needs!

The app worked pretty well, however, we didn't get enough to justify the monthly cost. Our theme has some out of stock functionality, so we will just use that. It is a little more manual, but not too much work for the number of stock out issues we have. The reason for the 1-star review is because when I uninstalled the app, there was still code in my them from "Back in Stock". This code prevented my theme's back in stock functionality from work, so now I have to go thru my code to figure out what is going on...
