Very helpful app and keeps our customers informed of products as they come back instock

We have used this app for many years but recently noticed that the notifications are not sending. Customer Service is difficult to reach. Do not recommend.

totally worth it, has saved us heaps of time and helps customers enormously. Great for businesses like ours that stock the same seasonal products year in year out that are popular and sought after! Love it. Thanks Dave and team

Loving the new feature allowing us to migrate signups ourselves! Highly recommend the app and Baaqi at Back in Stock is super helpful as well!

Good app to use, we did have a small issue where customers were notified when stock wasn't available, but we were credited for the emails that were sent out, but this was never resolved by the developers team. The only thing I would mention is that if you have stock delays of over 2 weeks, people who signed up, up to 4 weeks previous never seem to return. But this is just something we have noticed from our customers, not a problem with the app.

The app works great, but the support is not good. I’m trying to connect it to Shopify Flow, which apparently needs to be enabled by them. They told me it was supposedly enabled, but it’s not working, and they haven’t responded in a week :( Edit: My issue has been resolved, so I can gladly update this review to 5 stars. Thank you James and Leslie for following up.

We find this app very useful. Straightforward to set-up, and the dashboard is simple and easy to navigate. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing app I’ve used for years. It’s a breeze to install and customize. I love the detailed reporting it gives on notifications sent, notifications converted and notifications that haven’t converted. Great if you are a smaller store or if your email platform doesn’t offer a back in stock trigger.

We've used this app for YEARS! It is so simple and really helps us know what items to bring back for customers as well as notifying the customer when the item the want is back in stock! Highly recommend!
