company violates shopify subscription policy, and makes cancellation nearly impossible. Had to reinstall and go through a process that was not previously available to "uninstall". I have sent countless emails requesting cancellations and they still charge our account. I also had to reinstall the app just to leave this review, and now will uninstall.

We migrated from Bigcommerce to Shopify. Since we migrated over a large number of order, there we some questions about fees. Stephan helped me get everything sorted out. We used Rewind on our Bigcommerce store and we are thrilled to be able to continue to use Rewind with Shopify. Great support. Very helpful!!

Danke für dein Feedback. Wir haben die Preise vor Kurzem erhöht und uns große Mühe gegeben, diese Änderung sowie die Gründe dafür offen mit unseren Kund:innen zu kommunizieren. Eine 1-Stern-Bewertung wäre verständlicher, wenn wir versucht hätten, die Preiserhöhung heimlich durchzuführen – aber wir respektieren deine Entscheidung. Entschuldigung, falls diese Übersetzung nicht gut ist. (English: Thanks for sharing your feedback. We did increase prices recently and went to great effort to ensure that price change and the reasoning behind it was communicated with customers. A 1-star review would seem more reasonable if we tried to sneak a price increase through but we respect your choice. Sorry if this translation is not good.)

I always install this app in my personal projects, and I also have my clients install it. I believe it is essential for any serious business to have an automatic backup of everything, so that they can recover a very recent version of only what is necessary at any given time.
