We have been a customer with these guys for a few years now. Alex and the team are very active in helping to resolve issues and bugs, and the system has always restored what we have asked it to.
Great app and absolutely useful! The devs, are really helpfull and helped me in a matter of minutes! Highly recomended!

Honestly I have had this app for years and never had to use it. I was on the verge of uninstalling it a few months ago.... Luckily I didn't. We got defaced by someone with theme level access via a Marketing Agency, and BackupMaster helped us get back to yesterday's version of our theme. I'm so grateful. Saved me countless hours trying to get back to where we were.
Very happy with this app, it's simple to install and use, and gives us peace of mind that our data is now backed up (especially in the absence of Shopify having this functionality). Alex was very helpful checking that the set up was done correctly, and this app works in the background with no need for any user intervention. Not cheap, but worthwhile.
Does exactly what it says. You just set it and forget it.
Great app backed by truly outstanding support!
I needed help backing up deleted products. The problem wasn't with BackupMaster, but with Shopify. Within a day, I received a detailed explanation of what the problem was and how I could fix it. The support is excellent and very friendly!
So far, so good. It's nice to have backups sent to Google Drive which then automatically sync locally to a computer
