The app runs smoothly in the background. I had an instance last week with a product import that was missing image links.... some products lost their images.. within a few minutes I was able to restore them from the backup. Works flawlessly and already saved me many work hours (and might even have increased my life expectancy given lower overall stress level).

I encountered a glitch on our site: the home page main (top) banner did not load, or it did but then dissappeared and I could not find the cause of the problem, so I used this app to go back in time to a previous back up. What a relieve, the site is working again! Always wondered if a backup is needed, but it looks like it is. What I noticed with some other backups is that they did not save the theme and all it s contents. This app does and as a result you can clone the whole site to another location. In our situation we only restored the theme and that was enough to get our site working again. It is also extremely easy to use: in case of a total crash, the back up is even available direct on their servers and a link to that is provided.

Good app, not issues what so ever. Have not needed to restore so wonder if all crashes how do I find the backup again

Easy to install and great customer support who checked in after installation to help check functionality and settings to make sure we were properly set up. Just what we needed. Hopefully will never have to use but better to be safe. Highly recommend this app!

Insurance and backups are only needed when something goes wrong. And nothing breaks or goes wrong, ever. Right? Um... until it does. After using Rewind for many years, I decided to give BackupMaster a try because I like the user interface and the cleanliness of the process. And today, for the first time ever, I discovered an error (self inflicted/user error) on a collection - and BackupMaster "simply" restored the item to the restore point. Done. BackupMaster gets 5-stars for quality UX and it just works. Don't NOT have a backup tool.
