Over the years, Rewind's customer service has always replied quickly and has been exceptional. We haven't had to do anything but let the service do its job. We feel confident and safe using this product.

Thank-you Vitor! While new to Rewind, I had a small issue and got locked out of my account for a few days. This happened as my free trial was coming to and end. I do feel the confirmation to continue with my paid subscription was difficult, but help response was great.

Restore was blocked for 4 days in our other store. Nobody available for help over the weekend. I also don't like you cannot restore specific items. You either restore ALL blog posts or none, ALL products or none, ALL collections or none and so. Switching to other app.

To clarify on the restore options: Rewind offers both granular, item-level restores and account-level restores. We had a perfectly functioning Website till Feb 2026 and was away in March-early April, 2026. When we got back some of the key links and pages on our Website has vanished. Looking at the activity log for Mar, we find that Rewind has been hiding and unhiding pages and its totally stuffed the site I now have asked them restore pages. I don't understand how they have admin access to do this - backup's should be read only and a write based on user approval.

Saved the day after another app deleted a ton of collection - get it, when something goes wrong you'll be glad you had it installed!
