App was easy to install. I get regular updates about back up acitivity. I have not yet use the app to restore any deleted entries.

This app is very important to get early on before you have done too much on your site. I downloaded it to keep me from making more mistakes from pure ignorance of the eCommerce world. We are all learning at some point and it's nice to have a safe backup for when you mess up.

Pretty simple install and it is on auto pilot from there. We feel more secure with our data being backed up each day.

App is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Can't ask for more than that. Helps me manage my store without worrying about losing important data.

**UPDATE 2021 - I accidentally deleted a whole collection of products while doing some routine changes. After a moment of panic, I remembered that we had the Rewind App. All was restored shortly after. This should be the first app that any Shopify store installs. It does what it says, at a good price. The weekly report is great to see what is backed up. I have installed this on 2 stores.

I've used this app for a few years both on an old site and on my new one. It's worth knowing that all my customizations are safe, especially as I have a complicated site that has taken a long time to build. This time around, I've paid a Shopify expert to make a lot of custom changes to be made to my original template, plus I've added a blog and a newsletter. The monthly fee is definitely worth knowing that everything is safe and backed up if the worst was to happen. It would take months to reassemble my site. https://sophia-alexander.com/

Excellent backup app for Shopify. I love the payment scaling. This is an immense help for the little guys just getting started. Rewind is very easy to set up and use. It does exactly what we need with no issues. I'd recommend every Shopify store to get this app.

I Haven’t had the need to re-install my site from Rewind yet, but it certainly provides peace of mind in case the unthinkable happens! Glad to know I can be back up and running again with just a “click” or two... Rewind also submits regular detailed updates on the backups of my store. I would definitely rate Rewind as a “Must Have” app considering the amount of hours spent in setting up and perfecting a Shopify Store!

Amazing, really saved our bacon. Kaleigh, in particular, was amazing and held my hand through a gnarly backup, cheering me on and making the whole nerve-wracking process almost pleasant! Highly recommended!

I just set this App up with Annie and it couldn't have been easier. Now fingers crossed nothing goes wrong and that I will never need it, lol! I do have all faith in Annie and the team, that my data is secure though.
