Worth every penny for the peace of mind Rewind Backups provides. Easy to install, pricing is transparent and customer service is very helpful and quick to respond!

Rewind app is an essential life saver for an ecommerce brand. All critical data in your Shopify store is backed up in case of errors, prevention is key. Big shoutout to Bianca & Brittney on customer support who were very responsive, informative and friendly. Also credit to the developer(s) who worked on restoring our key metafield data.

Just signed up last week. Had a little issue. Support got back to me right away and the issue is fixed. Great customer service which is rare these days! Just as an fyi, Issue was not with the back-up itself. I was on the wrong plan and just needed to be on the right plan.

We are still in the early stages of using the Rewind App, so I cannot yet give a review for the app, but I can give a review for their excellent customer support and Brittney was extremely helpful. It was easy to get yourself started with Rewind. In a few months’ time I will be more than happy to give the Rewind Backups app a review.

We really love Rewind for backing up our Shopify store. It provides us with confidence that our information is stored, and runs on its own. We are really looking forward to the release of the integration with Monday.com! The sooner the better!

Rewind Protection Suite has been incredibly helpful for our website staging and backup system, the backup automatically started working right away with no issues. I was contacted by one of Rewinds employees, Igor, and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. He made the process much easier and was very kind. Thank you Igor!

Rewind app works very well in the background. Nice to know everything is backed up on a regular basis automatically. Company worked with me on a plan that fits my needs perfectly. Very responsive. Great company. Great service. Brittney is wonderful. Thanks. Steve.

I am happy I have not needed to restore from Rewind Backups but I am confident, based on others reviews, it will be no problem. I like the insurance that my data will be there incase we need to recover all our data.

I uploaded a disastrous csv to shopify yesterday and started to freak out. It wiped all my variant skus out completely and I couldn't fix it. I was like "oh I have that backup app i never thought i would need." I ran it back to the night before and it FIXED EVERYTHING (but inventory). Saved me an insane amount of time. Thank you so so so much.

We have recently installed this app to protect us in the event of data loss or other human error related issues. The install and initial backup went smoothly, and the app's interface seems simple enough. Although we're hoping we never have to use it, it's really nice to have the peace of mind that it provides.

Their support desk is so nice and very kind. This is the best insurance that one can purchase for their website. We had several scares in the past with coding get messed up by various apps, etc. I no longer need to have anxiety over this now that we have back-up of our site always available. You shouldn't hesitate.

I had many questions about changing the admin access and username, and I couldn't have been happier with the quick response and how everything was explained so I could make the changes. Even when I didn't have all the information, the way I could verify myself as the admin and owner was smooth, as my marketing team set this account up for me, and I no longer use them. Thanks, Chris
