The customer service is incredible. I have a dedicated person whom I can email or call anytime I have questions or need advice about how to use the app. So much better than the other app I was previously using.

Ever since we moved from another email/sms platform over to BayEngage, it has been a breath of fresh air. We have received great service and if there are ever any questions/concerns, the team gets back to us faster than I even expect. I'm even saving on the cost from what I was paying another platform before coming over to BayEngage. Highly, highly recommend using them!

We contracted with BayEngage and TargetBay several months ago, replacing Klaviyo and our reviews app. We are SO pleased with the quality of the apps and even more importantly, the number of reviews that are being completed has quadrupled since we moved to them. Ron is our customer service rep and he is 100% responsive, answers my questions almost immediately, and has even worked on some custom responses to our needs. I highly recommend them!

I have been working with TargetBay for several months now, with email and sms campaigns, as well as retargeting and other elements, and the results have been considerably been better than the other 2 companies I worked with. They have also corrected a product feed issue, which was something beyond me and not even part of their scope of work....their review platform is the best as well, that has been a superb addition to our marketing. Finally, Danielle has greatly helped the email campaigns, by tweeking my templates and adding elements, that I would have never thought of. She is very creative and often completes work in less than 24 hours!

I love this app! I love the versatility and flexibility. As a graphic and web designer I want the freedom to implement my own ideas and designs and this app gives me all the options I need. So far so good. We just started using Bayengage and the help to get it up and running as been great! Having an account manager is very helpful to me and I look forward to the extension of great service for our customers as well since we switched!

The best part about using BayEngage is the incredible support that we've received from Pon, Bala, KJ and the rest of the team. I feel as though they are deeply invested in the success of our business and respond to our questions/concerns extremely quickly and with great care.

It's a pretty slick looking setup and the features are nice, but I kept running into glitches and nobody responded to my requests for help. Javascript problems, test emails failing to show up, and no help from Bayengage except for a bot. Not sure what happened, but not a good experience at all in the end. I uninstalled it and went with Constant Contact.

We have recently made the switch to TargetBay, the support team has been very responsive, staying on top of any issues that arise. A++

We recently switched from Klaviyo to BayEngage. The entire staff at BayEngage made this a seamless transition. I wish I had made the move sooner! We are still early on in our relationship working together, but so far I am very satisfied and looking forward to good things ahead.

We receive a lot of help from the Targetbay team to get high quality emails from our business to our customers. A perfect, personalized touch to get the strongest results using templates and communicating how it all works. Helen is incredibly helpful and produces content better than I could do on my own. Her service is top of the line.

The personalized service and organization are unbelievable. I have a one on one account rep who helps with ideas - or even greats ideas that are on brand to ensure I'm using their service and getting the most out of it. She's prompt, sends reminders, is accurate 99% of the time and a time saver. The company is nice and personalable and easy to work with too. Fair pricing and more affordable than the other solutions I was piecing together with other services and in house staff - and this gets done on time! That was tough to do before. Email marketing always took a back seat for our small business and it shouldn't. The numbers show it's worth investing in this service - and their reporting is clear. RECOMMENDED!
