BayEngage and BayReviews have immediately increased our potential to reach out to our customer base in fun and exciting ways! We have seen a good amount of growth since adding TargetBay apps to our site, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a substantial customer base!

We use BayEngage for our email campaigns, pop ups, automation and SMS and really enjoy how easy it is to navigate and perform all the tasks needed for a mid-sized business at a great value!

Great App. We onboarded several months ago and the support team is excellent. They are continually adding new features for SMS and EMAIL campaigns PLUS the owner of the company called me personally and asked "my thoughts" on anything they could do to improve. I was pleasantly surprised. :)

The BayEngage application and staff have both greatly improved our e-mail marketing program. The templates are eye-catching, professional, and highly customizable. BayEngage allows us upload and segment our customer databases, whether they come from Shopify or elsewhere. This allows us to have a single place to update our subscriber list and create tailored e-mail campaigns for certain groups of customers. The BayEngage staff has always been helpful in keeping our e-mail program as efficient as possible. They are US-based, easy to reach, and have been responsive to any requests we have submitted. There are many other BayEngage tools we hope to explore in the future, and would like to thank Pon, Danielle & the BayEngage staff for the success we have had with their program!

I have used Klaviyo and Mailchimp in the past, but switched to TargetBay and have never been happier. Very easy to use and integrate with my Shopify store and the customer service has been second to none.

Bay Engage is an intuitive, easy to use system that makes creating campaigns super easy! Customer support from Danielle is a 10 out of 10! In addition, the team at Target Bay is very proactive and made sure my email deliverability is in prepared for ever evolving terms and from major platforms like google and yahoo. I have been using this app since the Fall of 2021. In addition to the features, which are great, I especially value the excellent customer support which is always, timely, accurate and courteous.

I'm not sure why this app has 5 stars. I asked for help and they basically told me to upgrade for a better experience. Emails are not delivered immediately (I had to contact customer service each time and they manually pushed them through on their end). You can't even see your click/open rate without upgrading. I was hopeful but I'm truly disappointed. The search continues!

Everyone is very helpful with showing you how to use their system. It is very easy to use and fast! Really enjoy BayEngage.

This email marketing app is user-friendly and intuitive unlike most email apps. You can copy and edit directly from an existing campaign and send emails on the fly. The tech support and customer support is the best in the industry very professional and easy to get in touch with. 5+++++

Hi have used Bay Engage and Target Bay for a few years now and have had no issues. The messages are super easy to create and schedule. I like the tracking and reporting the best as I get a true picture of how my messages are performing. I would highly recommend using them.

The best! We have had tremendous success using BayEngage. It is a very robust platform that continues to grow with us. This app lets us get extremely detailed with our emails, and includes features like A|B testing, which is valuable for our market research. The support staff is also great and really made the onboarding process painless! Danielle, our BayEngage Account Manager, has been there with us all along the way, and has been a huge help with getting our marketing department familiar with this new software.
