We love this app! We have a big range of shipping rules we need for our products and the app is perfect. Had an issue recently where a rule seemed to not be working as intended and Jess was super helpful and quick resolving it for us.

10/10 would recommend. Better Shipping has been such a great app choice and the team are fantastic. We needed to change our shipping process and Peter and the team were readily at hand to help us. We have over 7000 products and they have been so kind, even testing things for us. Anyone who is considering using this app I would highly urge them to consider it!

Peter and Jess are the BEST. Better Shipping app does exactly what the description states and more. I'm not an computer expert so I had a lot of questions. Peter and Jess helped me and actually they set up the shipping on my website. They provided diagrams so I could see what they were talking about. FAST response usually less than 24 hours to ALL my emails/questions. Prior to going with Better Shipping I reviewed other shipping apps and I'm glad I went with Better Shipping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Better Shipping app for ALL your shipping needs.

The app does just what I want it to do. it helps me ship my products by weight and even helps me restrict shipping to specific locations. The team helped me with all my questions and guided me through the setup process. Superb and prompt customer service. Definitely worth the money!

Great support team that will help you through any customization (thanks, Peter!). The app solves yet another one of Shopify's unfulfilled basics - choosing only the most expensive shipping rate when two products with different rates are added to cart (currently Shopify adds up the two different shipping costs). Great experience, super patient and willing support and great communication!

Amazing app to solve shopify's stupid shipping situation. Customer support ( Peter ) was quick to reply and give me step by step instructions to solve my shipping problem. If you need to have multiple shipping prices this is the app you need.

App works great for excluding specific shipping zones for our business as well as having an array of options and possible combinations to tailor shipping rates to your business' needs. What really stands out though is the fantastic support given by the Better Shipping team. Peter and Andrew both responded to our questions very promptly and were quickly able to help us out with the customisations we wanted to make.

Even though I'm in Australia, the service is still "same day" when it comes to online help which is really important when you're running a business. Freight is more expensive than ever and ensuring you have the correct charges on the backend could mean the difference between making margin or losing margin. I'm constantly refining my site for local, regional, state and Australia-wide so it's important to have prompt, accurate help - great job team and I would highly recommend this app!

Very useful App, with the Tiered Shipping Setup function, we can set different shipping rate based on order quantity. Peter is very helpful and solved my issue quickly.

Peter and the team from Better Shipping have been fantastic! We have had a shipping issue we have been working on for over 6 months, trying out various shipping & postcode apps, tried numerous Shopify experts and no one could fix our issue of charging for remote/regional shipping! Shipping is a difficult task especially in my field of furniture but with the assistance of Peter he has made things so easy and Better Shipping gives me the flexibility I need to make it work.
