App works great for excluding specific shipping zones for our business as well as having an array of options and possible combinations to tailor shipping rates to your business' needs. What really stands out though is the fantastic support given by the Better Shipping team. Peter and Andrew both responded to our questions very promptly and were quickly able to help us out with the customisations we wanted to make.

Excellent app: simple to use, and very responsive support. The combination of rules and per-product flat rates meets our needs better than any other shipping app we've tried.

Even though I'm in Australia, the service is still "same day" when it comes to online help which is really important when you're running a business. Freight is more expensive than ever and ensuring you have the correct charges on the backend could mean the difference between making margin or losing margin. I'm constantly refining my site for local, regional, state and Australia-wide so it's important to have prompt, accurate help - great job team and I would highly recommend this app!

Very useful App, with the Tiered Shipping Setup function, we can set different shipping rate based on order quantity. Peter is very helpful and solved my issue quickly.

I have been using Better Shipping for the last few years and the Support from Peter has been fantastic. Shipping is a difficult task especially in my field of furniture but with the assistance of Peter he has made things so easy and Better Shipping gives me the flexibility I need to make it work. Thanks for all your help guys.

Amazing app. To be honest was a little skeptical at first and was able to do some basic set ups but had a few complicated configurations (eg. Tiered shipping rates by product and bundled/savings for multiple products). When I couldn't figure them out (and there are tons of how-to's in the app which were helpful), the team at Atom Yard stepped in and showed me what I was missing to get the app to work how I wanted to. Now it is working great!

I'm not the most tech savvy I have some products that require different shipping etc and I def needed help making the system work for me. In the end I required ( and continue to require) assistance from the team and they have always been very helpful and tweak the rules that I have set up incorrectly.

TL;DR: Great app if you need more than Shopify's standard shipping features. We have a lot of rules that required pretty specific situations such as charging only certain products based on weight. Once you throw in different countries and different shipping methods it can get quite complicated. Fortunately, this app handled it like a champ. To top it off, the customer support was super prompt when needed. Highly recommended.

It is so difficult to configure the shipping rules especially when there is no bulk upload function. We need a way to set shipping charge for each KG, but have to create 30 rows to manually input the charges. Why is there no upload function from excel to the Better shipping app?

Thanks for your feedback. It's always helpful for us when making improvements to the app. I understand it can be time consuming setting up large sets of shipping rules in the app. We have a duplicate shipping rate function that can be used to create another copy of the shipping rate including all rules so they only need to be setup once. In cases where you have many rules, we also offer a service to automatically create these rules for you. For example, in your case where you have 30 weight based rules, if you let us know what the per KG charge is, we can automatically generate these rules for you. Great app to set up complicated shipping rates! I had to multiply the rates by product and nothing was working better than Better Shipping ;)

This is a great app. It's given us a neat workaround for a tricky little issue with our shipping rules, and it's capable of doing a whole lot more besides. Really good help and resources inside the app, and great support from the developers too. They replied very promptly to messages and guided me step-by-step through what I needed to do. Very happy and would certainly recommend if you need a shipping solution for your Shopify store.

I have used this app for years and have been 100% satisfied with it. It ticks all boxes and does everything that I need from it. It easily customisable and user friendly and the support team are hands down the best I've ever come across!

When it works the app is great. Unfortunately we have major issues syncing up properly with Shop Pay. With the app running customers can sometimes not checkout as rates are not presented and the 'Pay Now' button is greyed out. Atom Yard and Shopify both cannot work out the issue, Atom Yard say the problem is caused by Shopify alone.
Hi, thanks for your comment and sorry to hear you are having an issue with Shop pay. The app 100% works with Shop Pay, but it looks like Shop Pay is having an internal issue unrelated to our app on your store. Shop pay are aware of the issue and are actively trying to fix it for you now.

The customer service on this app is phenomenal. Peter was so helpful and clearly explained everything via email. We only needed 2 -3 emails to solve something I though was more complex. I highly recommend!

App works great and is pretty straight forward to set up and use. The one problem I did encounter (which was just me not knowing how to do something quite specific) was immediately addressed by the Jess & Peter . Really good support which is a must these days. Happy to recommend.

I live in Japan and my online store is located here, catering to the discerning Japanese consumer. Initially I had a little difficulty in configuring the freight rate individually per product. However, I contacted support, who promptly answered and solved the problem immediately. I loved it!! It certainly deserves a 5 star rating! ★★★★★ !!

We dowloaded this app as we were not able to split the UK in smaller sections via Shopify. Peter was really helpful in helping set this up with me, once you get the hang of it, the app is really simple to use and there are not many steps unlike some other apps we had tried. All the customer service was really quick replies too, so I would definitely recommend them!

We downloaded this app to set up more specific shipping rates via postal code. It has been working great so far and Jess and Peter were extremely helpful in getting this set up!
