We needed an app that could restrict certain postal codes for certain products only. After researching on Shopify, Better Shipping came across as the best option. I did have some issues figuring out how to set up what I wanted correctly but contacted the support team via email and Jess/Peter were so helpful and VERY quick to reply despite the huge time difference with them in Australia. Sorted everything for me and we have working per product per location shipping rates now! Very happy with their service.

Jess and Peter are extremely responsive (even with the time difference!) and very knowledgable. No matter the question I have I feel confident they will be able to help and they have made using this app very enjoyable. Evey once and a while another question will come up and they are happy to help. This shipping app is really great - any problems that come up are due to Shopify restrictions, not the app itself. Would definitely recommend!

No matter how thick I was in setting up Better Shipping the guys fixed things for me quickly. Even though in Australia and us in the UK there was no big wait. Don't these guys sleep :-)

The support from Jess and Peter is fantastic. When I downloaded the app and asked for support to help start up my Shipping Rules Jess got back to me and guided me through the process. The app is great as it allows me to build different rules per post code and product. Especially for Australia it is great. Great support and app. Highly recommend

Peter has been so helpful in getting this app up and running, it does exactly what I need it to do, breaking down products into separate postcodes with seperate prices as well as restricting certain products to specific postcodes. Excellent service and app!

After using multiple different apps with no success I installed better shipping and reached out to support and a few emails between Jess and Peter we found out a solution and they worked with me and really appreciate there help and support! Thanks guys much appreciated

An incredibly useful app that gives you fine grained control over your shipping methods. Also worth noting that I'm really impressed by the support I got when I had a few questions about integrating into our large store. My ticket was answered promptly with detail information.

The customer service, communication and support from the people at Atom Yard is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for all their help (thank you Peter) who guided me step by step with fabulous instructions to solve a problem which was giving me a headache. It makes such a difference when the customers needs are understood and met and I would definitely recommend this app and the team behind it.

So far so good, doing what it says it does, have only used ZIP code features so far. Setup wasn't very intuitive but their support was great and Jess was fast to set up where I was struggling, a few more 'if you want to do this, do this' help articles would be good. $14.99 per month for Zip Code filtering seems expensive but I suppose that's Spotify apps for ya! And it will definitely be worth it if we expand to offer more shipping options.

Excellent App and support. Peter helped me to set up the shipping rates very quickly, which solved all my shipping problems. Highly recommended 10 out of 10!

awful, even though I uninstalled the app I Am still being charged and there is nowhere I can find to contact customer service. horrible experience. Can somone please contact me

This app helped solved all my issues when it came to shipping products internationally and restricting which products could be sent to certain countries and not others. I also needed to add an extra shipping option and when I couldn't figure it our myself, Jess jumped in and set it up for me. Extremely responsive, easy to use and fixes all your shipping needs!

Better Shipping really helped me out in resolving some shipping issues I was having... the app works brilliantly well and is logical to use. They also helped me out on a closely-tied but somewhat unrelated issue, so they went well and truly above and beyond the call of duty. Very impressed with their support.

Am still learning the details of what the app can do - some bits a little confusing but the support is excellent - quick,friendly and efficient. My experience so far is that the app is an excellent investment.

App is very confusing and poorly designed. When you ask for help from their support team all they do is tell you to look on their site. Extremely frustrating.
