It seems more powerful that we'll ever need, but still usable. Support is top notch. On the expensive side, but you get your money worth if you use it.

This is the only app I have found compatible with Shopify Bundles so I'm so pleased! The team at Better Reports are amazing, the communication is seamless and we have felt so supported when setting up custom reports - highly recommend :)

I was dreading setting up a proper data transfer and ETL processes as a solo entrepreneur. For small business owners who enjoy data analytics but don't have the time and/or resources to set up a proper data warehouse, this app is amazing. Very happy customer.

I have reached out to Better Reports a handful of times for creating custom reports, and each time they have responded within 24 hours and guided me with the creation. Definitely worth the subscription and amazing customer service. SO NICE to be able to immediately talk to a human, and get efficient help.

I needed what I thought was basic reports from Shopify for a government audit. Was shocked they didn't offer what I needed and it would've meant manually inputting data for more than 3,000 accounts - total nightmare and waste of time. This app saved the day and working with Keanna was easy and effortless. She created the reports I needed very quickly, and was even able to redo them in the currency I needed. Don't waste time and money on other apps - highly recommend!!

I regret every year we spent trying to use reporting apps other than Better Reports. Reports in Better Reports load so quickly without glitches. The app is easy to use & easy to create new reports. And their team feels like an extension of our team, helping us create new reports quickly when we need them. Five stars for the app and five stars for the support team!

Great for all the reporting needs I have with our various stores. Can easily generate new, customize and consolidate things to suit. Support staff are helpful and quick to respond - highly recommended app.
