Great reporting, gave me much better detail data than Shopify normally can provide. Also customer support is fantastic, they often respond in an hour and fix whatever I have asked for when I can't figure it out

Fabulous reporting app, really easy to use - it's accurate, configurable & bring a new depth to the data we collect in Shopify. The responsiveness of the Better Reports team is incredible - they've already created a number of bespoke reports for us, which has made a huge difference. Can't recommend these folks any more highly.

Better Reports is a must have app. Without this app for Shopify i would not be able to continue using shopify as the reporting in shopify is not good enough for our needs.

I have used the Better Reports app on multiple websites and most of the time really easy to use the "canned" reports or Modify to fit a specific need. Customer Service is the best when I have needed extra help. Keanna has been very responsive and provides answers/solutions very quickly.

This has been an extremely helpful app for our accounting needs. The main task we use it for is to separate our unfulfilled from fulfilled orders, but there's a ton of different things that the app can do. The support team has also been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

I can’t stress how valuable this app or should I say tool has been to understanding our business performance and just simply being able to answer data questions on the fly by building reports intuitively, but not with a complicated interface. I love the scheduling functionality where you can create a report and have it emailed to anyone at any time as often as you’d like as a PDF orExcel sheet. Their customer service is the best that I’ve experienced so far. The only reason it doesn’t have five stars is because they need to invest more and the mobile functionality of the report because I access this report most often with my phone can’t recommend this enough.

They have made us custom reports that revolve around exactly what we need every time we have reached out to customer support. They haven't gotten stumped yet! Quick response time and accurate reporting. Great app!

Better Reports has a ton of pre-baked reports useful right out of the box, but where they shine is the flexibility to customize and build you own reports. And where they really shine is their customer support. Claudia has helped us build multiple reports and the responsiveness is super impressive!
