Fast custom reports! Better Reports was able to curate the exact report I needed with context from a single chat message! Awesome customer service!
Better Reports should work with Stripe to ensure that there is a complete set of data. Stripe populates a field that allows mapping of orders back to Shopify. It does not provide the same reference for refund transactions. As a Result, the field needs to be manually populated after researching Stripe refunds to identify the appropriate reference.
Better Reports is an excellent and affordable application designed to provide helpful KPIs. I was working with a very expensive product beforehand and was nervous to switch over, but it's been a breeze. The best part about this platform though is the customer service (Keanna - you are a rockstar!) They were so helpful and patient and that is something hard to find on some of these other platforms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So far so good - had a very specific use case and the support was great in setting up the report I needed.

Well what can I say. I needed to calculate fulfilment company commission based on sales which was at different percentage levels per product type and also user group. We had 4 user groups. I managed to achieve a part solution but then had to ask for support. I was amazed that within 24 hrs a custom solution was created which works exactly as we need. Ciara in support was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Been using the app for around 1 week now and have created several other solutions which simply aren’t possible using Shopify default reports, including inventory management. Some of which required further customisation by support which again was no trouble. All reports are now scheduled to send on the required dates for full atomisation. Cant recommend the app enough. A real bargain compared to the amount of time saved.

Great customer support! Claudia was wonderful in helping me create a report that met my needs. She gave me tips on how to fine tune it and I was able to do that on my own. Great app!
