We love Better Reports and use it everyday. We get more detailed information than Shopify provides in analytics. It's clear and easy to use on my iPhone & PC.

Love the person to person experience for creating custom reports. Claudia knew just what I was looking for - reports by collection or tags - helped me understand what was in the way and how to fix it, and pointed out the data gaps to be filled in for a comprehensive, actionable report.

Shopify Reports are very limiting. They have decent base data, but they fall apart quickly when you want to slice and dice data in greater detail. Better Reports steps up where Shopify falls short. Better Reports has a little bit of a learning curve, but the support team is awesome and very helpful in creating anything you would wish. There's also a lot of reports available right out of the gate that go beyond what Shopify has.

WOW! I have to say the app is a must-have and works super well. At first, it took me some time to understand but then I got it and its very easy. What makes the app even better is the customer service. They really try to help you and if they can't, they try their best to find other solutions.

I wanted a very specific report calculating the total gallons of perfumer's alcohol each customer has bought, so I could stop manually tracking this (there's a legal limit to how many gallons a person can buy per year without a permit). It was a challenging problem, because we sell multiple sizes of alcohol, so the ounces have to be calculated and then converted to gallons. They got it done in two hours. TWO HOURS. Other places, I might not have even heard back that the ticket had been started by then. But not here!

I love this app! The customer service is top notch! I email them with my ideas and both times they got back to me within 10-15 minutes! The reports are super easy to understand and if you want to make your own you can.

Better Reports has been awesome to use so far because their customer service is top notch. I will say the reports are difficult to navigate yourself at first but I have emailed customer and they have responded with the report in under 10 minutes. I even requested help on how to create them myself and they provided me a full video with instructions. Thanks BR!

AH! I can't even believe I haven't reviewed this app yet! I literally use Better Reports EVERY SINGLE DAY (even on the weekends). It guides our business in profound ways. I just made a weekly report that evaluates profitability per order and orders over time so we can evaluate the effect of some pricing increases we just made. The information in Better Reports DRIVES our business. It isn't pretty. There are no fancy charts. It's PURE DATA. If you need pretty charts, you're going to have to make those yourself. But pure data is what I need; since it's SO INTENSELY CONFIGURABLE, I can create a report for almost anything that I want to know... and if I can't find a data point that I'd like to see, I just reach out to their support (live chat) and they'll create the data point... they've even created new reports for me when I get stuck trying to envision the data I'm trying to get. Their customer service is really great (Hi Keanna!). I've used tons of metrics apps and dashboards, including Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Peel (as well as the standard Shopify reports that come with Shopify Plus). We are a very data-driven business, and there are infinite ways of slicing and dicing data... I believe that Better Reports actually provides a competitive advantage because I can investigate theories that other CEOs just don't have access to. My only complaint is that the cost goes way up for Shopify Plus, and since Shopify Plus has pretty robust and configurable report building, it's a little duplicative. But with Better Reports, I can automatically schedule reports to be published to Google Sheets, and use Zapier to take the Google Sheets, and post those numbers in Slack... so it provides us a cool opportunity to have real flash report data whenever we need it, where we'll see it. So ultimately, it's worth it. There is nothing else like this app.

OMG... Life Changing!! I can do in 3 minutes what it used to take me 30-45 minutes to do using exported sales data and Pivot tables!! The only remaining question is: What am I gonna do with all this free time!!!?

Amazing App. Shopify needs to acquire it, seriously. It is wild that you cannot create custom reports within Shopify based on simple things like tags, order values, etc but with Better Reports there isn't a single report you can't do. I needed help with a report that would display revenue with both CAD USD currencies, and their team made it within minutes for me by adding in an average exchange rate % so that we can get a better holistic few of total revenue. (Our store captures in multi-currency) Best support team and awesome app UX. Very easy to use. Saves my team so much time creating their monthly report presentations as well.

I always use Better Reports at the end of the year when it is tax time. Their reports are very detailed! I believe it is a little pricey, depending what Shopify plan you have,
