BR ‑ Better Reports

Better Reports has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify! This app has replaced our custom Power BI reports, saving us both time and money. The intuitive interface makes it easy to create detailed, customized reports. What truly sets Better Reports apart is their exceptional customer service. The support team has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the report-building process, ensuring we get the most out of the app.

The information is not available for us to pull a report from, but Claudia tried to use other data. She was professional, responsive and innovative.

A powerful and easy to use report tool. You can start with one of the built in reports and easily save it as a custom report and redesign it in the way you want. The support is amazing. I reached out to them when I needed help with a report. I got a very swift response from Claudia who created a new version of the report where she adjusted it just the way I needed it, and also posted a very instructive and enjoyable video.

Better Reports provide top notch service. They are always prompt at replying to queries and can always build the custom reports we require. Excellent app!

Great app. Great reports. Customer support is very responsive to create custom columns for reports. We needed an AOV calculation and they created the calculation and sent loom to explain. Highly recommended.

Its ok, but it doesnt do anything Shopify doesnt do.

This blows the native shopify reporting out of the water! Super handy, and Claudia at Better Reports has been super kind and helpful in helping me get some reports off the ground! $40 well spent.

Amazing app and the best and most important part: the customer service is AMAZING and HUMAN! There is no chatbot you have to get through, you just go straight to a human who is VERY VERY knowledgeable on how the app works. Claudia is who I have worked with and she is so so so helpful! This addon is quite flexible which is very helpful in creating customized reports tailored to one's specific needs. Highly recommended!

For data gathering, we used to use Matrixify but switched to Better Reports for much faster and more dynamic reporting tools. Incredible customer service (they made a custom video demonstrating the feature I was asking about), highly recommend Better Reports.
