Excellent customer support!

Fast and efficient customer service, the possibilities with this reporting is really astounding, if they don't have one premade they will help you make it.

I have asked them to build several rounds of reports, often from separate tables, and they are SHOCKINGLY responsive! Any time I need something tweaked or want to view it another way, they make it seem so easy.

Right out of the box, it is working great... only 4 stars because I feel It's a little pricy at $20 per month, but I need the reporting it can provide. I wish there was an annual payment option to reduce the cost by 25%. I'd be all in and give 5 stars for that!

I love this app. Been using it in the past too and it is just a fab, my accountant gets reports automatically. Relatively easy to use after you figure it out but worth the time.

Better reports gave us the opportunity to automate our workflow as a company. Other than the variety of pre-built reports, the custom reports feature has helped reduce our manual paperwork greatly. We use credit as a payment term with some of our suppliers and service providers like local delivery companies and international shipping carriers. With a click of a button, we can generate reports to predict the upcoming bills way before they're due. Once we reach the due date, our report is ready for accounting. The app is user friendly, but their support team is competent and quick to respond should you need any help. Keanna has helped us create multiple custom reports so far, and is always eager to provide some tips.

This app has been tremendously helpful in analyzing my business's various metrics. I have tried others in the past, and this is the one that does it all. Also, customer service has been exceptional! The team at Better Reports are amazing. Our reporting was previously coming out of Cin 7 which we've recently dropped (for a number of reasons). We've had to mimic this reporting to come out of Shopify which we've enlisted the help of the Better Reports app to do and the response that we've got back from Better Reports to helping us customise these reports is nothing short of amazing. They're super helpful, friendly and really quick in their response. I look forward to exploring the capabilities of this app further to grow our business
