Great app! The customer service support was really good. If you are wanting to get better understanding of your shopify data, use this app!

Great help on my day-to-day work as I'm alone doing all the ecommerce work from its management to operations. It helps me not wasting my time buidlign the report and focus on analysing them and finding insights rather than spending hours on excel building tables.

So far so good with these guys. This reporting app is more than the others but after using it for a few days I now know why. Support is fantastic and the data that moves from Shopify to the app is so much faster than the other reporting app I tried. Price has been justified!

Not only are the possibilities for customizable reports very great to have, but Claudia from Better Reports has helped us to actually take advantage of the many different features/reports! This App works fantastic!!! We have the Basic Shopify eCommerce plan, but also use Shopify POS for our small retail store. For my retail store, I needed to be able to generate a couple reports where weekly or monthly sales could be run for a specific vendor or product. Shopify Analytics would not give me this option. Turned-out I needed to have the "regular" Shopify plan (not basic) in order to get access to the "better" retail reports! This would have cost me $50 extra per month, at least. For $19 per month, I was able to use Better Reports, to get the exact reports I needed. Saves me $30+ per month by using this App! Also, they give a trial period before starting monthly charges, which gave me time to ensure that the app would be able to generate the reports I needed, which they did. They also will create custom reports for you, if needed. Definitely recommend.

Any time I have been unable to figure out how to create a custom report I need (which is fairly frequently), the Better Reports team helps me through the process and makes it very simple. Better Reports gives you access to the data you need at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

We use this app every day and it is super reliable. The support is incredible. We have been using it for a few years and don't need support often but when we do, it is fast and answers are complete. Can't rate high enough!!
