TL;DR: Use any other tool that doesn't require manual intervention and has open documentation. UPDATE: From timely communication to radio silence and constant follow-ups. The team has turned into an absolute nightmare. Empty promises of providing documentation, to timely resolutions, no resolution of open issues, no userfriendly documentation/support to allow clients to DIY our own automations and flows. Bitespeed has turned into a bad decision almost immediately after the below review was left. 5 stars turned to 2 star. The team has been an absolute delight to work with. From helping setup the account, to finding ways to work with our custom applications and requirements to get the best out of the platform. Support is personal and professional with the Ayush, Manav, Aditya Ashutosh and the rest of the team finding ways to mitigate any breaks with the custom requirements and proactively suggesting fixes and automation scenarios that go beyond the standard platform support expectation. If you're evaluating multiple platforms, start with them and you'll likely end with them as well.
