I have looked at lots of different WhatsApp marketing, by far bitespeed is the best for pricing and service. They help set everything up and are constantly looking for ways to improve revenue and performance. Has helped overall conversion rate and revenue I am now moving email flows and sms away from klaviyo and testing on bitespeed. Will update review once we test performance Divyam goes out his way to maximise performance and really cares about customers

The team at bitespeed has been very supportive and helpful in resolving issues. It's been a great experience so far! It takes some time to get things but the team is there throughout and they are available even at odd hours to solve issues!

Updating from 1 star to 4 stars - Bitespeed team followed back with me and helped me sort out all the issues. increasing the stars because the team was helpful and the product is actually good. As long as they help their customers in sorting out any issues, i dont mind using Bitespeed. ------------------------------------------------------------- One word. Horrible. Their free plan is useless (that is what I tried to use). Their abandoned cart messages show as delivered but customers do not receive them. The support does not exist. I sent multiple messages on whatsapp and support chat, they have still not responded. Uninstalled.

the support message was clear neither pay or go away. they have 2 dashbords one is in hell and you can only install and watch & the 2nd the support asum that it can do anything. anyway the worst support ever and neither pay 500$ or don't install

The very 1st thing that comes to our mind with Bitespeed is their support. Fantastic team, the responsible members put-in immense efforts to set things up for you. They'd solve your queries even at the midnight. We've recently resumed back with the team to realise the services are even better than before. So far I been using for 2 weeks whatsapp product abandonment, cart abandonment and shipping updates and we are experiencing great answer from our clients. We hope we could measure better revenue. We are a brand from Mexico and the customer service HELP US several times to update the text for whatsapp auto campaigns to our own message in spanish.
