I would recommend Blanka to others because the staff is very supporting and uplifting, in whatever you choose to do with your business. Fulfillment time is slow, which is to be expected. But it’s not a few days, it’s at least a week+. And, they often make products out of stock, but then those out of stock items appear in the order anyway and you can’t manually remove them. The application is inefficient. Wasting our staff time and customers time. 2 stars because we didn’t find better alternative yet. Please improve your software so we can delete or update review.

I was having some technical issues and almost lost it, until I contacted support through the help chat icon and Mae that awesome support specialist popped up and straightened everything out, it was smooth as butter. Blanka has GREAT customer service! John is so responsive. Not only does he respond to emails in a timely manner, but he will also pick up the phone and call to make sure you, as a customer, have what you need.

I was overcharged for my monthly plan. I sent an email regarding the charges and asked if they could look into it because I was charged more than expected. Mae emailed me back within 10 minutes and had refunded and resolved my issue. This was on a weekend and I didn’t expect resolution so quickly. Mistakes happen everywhere but this was immediately corrected and Mae was very professional.
