Blanka has GREAT customer service! John is so responsive. Not only does he respond to emails in a timely manner, but he will also pick up the phone and call to make sure you, as a customer, have what you need.

I was overcharged for my monthly plan. I sent an email regarding the charges and asked if they could look into it because I was charged more than expected. Mae emailed me back within 10 minutes and had refunded and resolved my issue. This was on a weekend and I didn’t expect resolution so quickly. Mistakes happen everywhere but this was immediately corrected and Mae was very professional.

Wow! Where do I begin? Everything Blanka does is exceptional. First let me start with customer service. John and Patrick respond to my emails so quickly that I feel like they are just sitting around waiting for me to contact them. It makes me feel so special and confident that when I need their help in the future, they will be there for me. John, from my initial contact with you, I was heard. You were so helpful with my concern at the time. I was researching several drop shipping companies, and I wasn’t sure which company was the best fit for me. I downloaded the Blanka app to my Shopify store and accidentally signed up for the annual membership and he credited the money back to me. WOW! Because of my initial contact with John and his kindness, I decided to order some sample products and boy am I glad I did. John thanks for your professionalism, quick responses, detailed replies, and because of you I now am a happy Blanka family member. I have also chatted with Patrick in customer service. He too is amazing and so helpful. Thank you for your detailed responses to my, sometimes, long emails and being another connection for me. You both don’t miss a beat and answer all my questions with grace and detailed responses including links where I could find additional answers to my questions. You two are a rare find these days in customer service and it is my honor to work with you both. I am looking forward to many years together. Second the products! I have been an Esthetician for 25 years and I have used pharmaceutical grade products my whole career. Finding a great result-oriented product line was very important to me. Blanka is by far the best products I found. Their efficacy and quality are excellent, and I really noticed a difference with my skin. Just give the products a try. You will be glad you did! Third, the membership tiers are so good. You can start small and work your way up to a higher tier when you are ready. Fourth, the branding plate is unique to Blanka, and it makes your products look so professional and eye catching. Fifth, the app is so user friendly and easy to find what you need. Setting up a new brand within our platform has been a pleasant experience. Apart from professionally and promptly responding to the many emails I have submitted, Mae And the team have been incredible with providing all the information information I’ve required. Perhaps the ultimate sign of customer service is that I had accidentally purchased the package without taking advantage of the free period, and they went ahead and credited my account before I even noticed. Great customer service. However, it would be better if the responses were more quickly rather than a few minutes in-between. It would be helpful.

The app is easy to navigate and to connect products to shopify. Up until now, my experience as been very positive, especially with the customer service system where I have been able to directly communicate with John from Blanka to fix any issues or questions.

This is a really great service. The team, specifically Yasi and John (whom we deal directly with), and of course Lee (via email notices) have been more than gracious, patient and helpful to our team in building our brand. All communication is rapid and clear. The attention to detail, even with great suggestions for design, are top notch. We're excited to continue our relationship with Blanka. Wow! I absolutely love Blanka and this app. John has been so helpful when using this platform. it works seemlessly and delivers items to customers with assurance. I would definitely recommend Blanka if your starting your own skincare or makeup brand. There are a wide variety of high quality products which can be customized. There are also options for dropshipping or storing your own inventory. The team (Lee and Patrick) at Blanka are excellent and communication is great, there is always someone from the team available to help and support you on your beauty brand journey!

So far my experience has been awesome! Their representative John replied to an email I sent concerning product mock up’s and whether I sent the correct format of my logo. It unraveled issues with my logo itself but John was very patient in explaining why and what colors and formats would be printable. I ended up having to edit gradient colors etc in my logo but he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my visualization on the website and that I completely understood the process & dos/donts in terms of what’s printable. He was concerned about what I wanted and found a balance between what is acceptable. Honestly it made me even more comfortable using Blanka for my custom products and I haven’t even gotten my samples yet! Mae is also an excellent part of their support team! Every time I've reached her she is so informative, patient and willing to answer my questions making sure I've understood the answers given & even including pictures, or lists of new products or Blanka's bestsellers. I'd recommend speaking to her any day!
