A customer placed an order which had issues and John sent me an email to advise and helped me resolve the issue right away. He was very responsive and provided me with different options on how I would like to resolve. He also provided documentation to help me with orders. Very knowledgeable and great communication!

This is a really great service. The team, specifically Yasi and John (whom we deal directly with), and of course Lee (via email notices) have been more than gracious, patient and helpful to our team in building our brand. All communication is rapid and clear. The attention to detail, even with great suggestions for design, are top notch. We're excited to continue our relationship with Blanka. Wow! I absolutely love Blanka and this app. John has been so helpful when using this platform. it works seemlessly and delivers items to customers with assurance. I really love working with the platform. John always gets back to you in a timely fashion with so much information. Even during the Black Friday period he worked with me and my company closely to make sure we recieved our shipment on time. That made a world of a difference. I'm so excited to work with him and the rest of the team in the future as we continue to scale our brand!!

I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4. I do appreciate that yesterday was Sunday and someone did reach to attempt to resolve my issue. Very nice people to work with. I even received a phone call where I was assisted with my issue and my issue was resolved. And thank you all for assisting me. I can't wait to launch your products. I do however have another small issue which I'm sure will be resolved. I get it technology is iffy & for the most part is out of our hands. If someone is reading this review, please reach out to me tomorrow.
