The app is blocking so many other apps from my website, and we just can not fix it. We tried to contact you for so long, but no luck. Would love to change this review to 5 stars, but for now it looks impossible.

I downloaded this app mainly to block certain unwanted bot traffic from accessing my store. So far, it has successfully blocked visitors from the specific regions I set up, which is a good start. However, I am still observing whether it can effectively stop automated bot programs in the long term. Overall, the initial experience is positive, but I need more time to fully evaluate its performance against bots.

I have been struggling for 3 months trying to figure out why Ashburn Virginia bots continued to hammer my website. I had them location blocked and still they continued to get in. I have been exporting Ashburn ip addresses and manually blocking them (like 6k ip's) and that would slow them down for a week or so but they would just get new ip's so never stopped them. I tried chatting with support several times but it was never put together why this was happening - other than I had the United States whitelisted (which overrides all blocks lists) and every time i turned that whitelisting off all of my US customers got blocked! Well today I got Florence in the help chat. She dug deep into my issue and figured out that I had blocked all Non-EU countries. That would include the US of course! With Florence's help I was able to get the settings I had wrong fixed and now my US whitelist can be turned off and will no longer override my location block of Ashburn Virginia! Thank you Florence!
