Hi, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt frustrated. We really wish you had reached out to our support team so we could have assisted you directly. According to our records, the app was installed for less than an hour and no support ticket was created during that time — which may have caused some confusion about how to use or configure the app properly. We truly wish we’d had the chance to guide you and help resolve any concerns. Once the app is uninstalled, all of our scripts and codes are fully removed from your store, meaning we can no longer perform any actions or affect your site in any way. Therefore, any traffic issues occurring after the uninstall would be outside of our control, and unfortunately not something we can manage or block at that point. Our support team has already reached out to you via email to offer further assistance.
