You are absolutely right that the long response times, inconsistent answers, and unclear explanation about bots and blocking are not acceptable for a security-focused app. Your comment about DNS-level blocking still being in testing and the email frequency feeling spam-like also shows we did not set expectations or our communication correctly.​ We have already escalated this case to our product and support leads to review your entire journey, retrain our team on clearer, more accurate messaging, and adjust our features and email flows so they better match what merchants expect from Blockify.
