Hi there, we’re truly sorry you’ve had to deal with this, especially after trying for so long to reach us. We understand how disruptive it is when an app interferes with other apps on your Shopify store, and this isn’t the experience we want for you. We’ve carefully checked our support inbox but we still can’t find your earlier message. The last conversation we have on file is from December, so we’ve reached out to you again to get a few details and properly investigate what’s happening on your store.
